apa Winery Shuttle was founded by the father-son team of Norm and Tom
Kincaid, Napa natives who love the region, and the opportunity to share
it with others. Our philosophy is that when you choose to spend your
day with us, it is exactly that — your day — and we will do
everything we can to make it a special one.
Featuring the friendliest
staff you will find anywhere, we are more than just your drivers; we
are your hosts for a full day excursion, featuring beautiful, historic
wineries, fantastic wines, and a selection of delectable lunch options.
 Often,
our groups bond and spend the day together as a travelling party. Other
times, different groups have different preferences for how to spend
the day, and our willing drivers are always able to accommodate each
and every one of them. We have selected a group of our favorite wineries,
and will ensure that we can help you find what you are looking for —
from
renowned winery tours to romantic picnic spots, from historic vineyards
to hidden gems, from Stag's Leap Cabernets to world class Chardonnays.
We provide a hassle-free, comfortable alternative to navigating Napa
alone, and can introduce you to some of the wonderful wineries you might
never have found, as well as the Valley's most popular spots.

visitors to veteran wine tasters, we promise an enlightening, unforgettable

Napa Winery Shuttle is truly the only small-group service available

schedule, and a complete tour of the Napa Valley. Where other
services offer you a driver, we offer you a friendly, informative
guide. Where other services offer you a schedule of wineries that
is nearly the same every day, we offer a service that will work
with your needs, and allow for the sort of flexibility that makes
for a true wine adventure. Where other services often cover only
a small portion of the Napa Valley and its amazing scenery, we
can promise you will have had a very complete and satisfying tour
by the time your day with us is done.

Where do you pick-up and at what time?
A:
We will make pick-ups anywhere in the Napa Valley. There is a
large list of hotels in the area that we make stops at every morning
between 9:45 AM and 10:15 AM, but with a reservation, we will
come to you no matter where in the Napa Valley you are staying.

What if I need to be picked up later than 10:15?
A:
Once again, with a prior reservation, we can be very flexible
in arranging your pick-up time.

Once I'm on board, how does the service work?
A:
We offer small group tours (typically 8-10 guests) with no pre-set
schedule. Your guide for the day will introduce you to some of
our favorite wineries, while also taking the time to understand
the experience you are hoping for in the Napa Valley. Our list
of featured wineries provides a pretty good idea of the spots
you can often expect to visit in a day with us, but every day
is truly a unique adventure. With the range and variety of tremendous
winery experiences available in Napa Valley, it is our flexibility
in creating a great day and versatility in meeting our guests’
needs that really sets our service apart.

What time does your service end each day?
A:
We stop running right around the time the wineries close —
between 4 and 5 PM.

Q:
How many of the wineries will I get to see in one day on the tour?
A:
Our guests can expect to visit 5-6 wineries in a full day with
us.

What if I buy wine, but don't want the hassle of carrying it with
me throughout the day?
A:
We will take care of it for you. Simply fill out one of our wine
delivery cards, and we will make sure that your wine is delivered
to your hotel by that evening.

own, private tour. Can you do that?
A:
Absolutely. Please call 707.257.1950 and ask for Tom. We can customize
a tour that best suits the needs of your group, and make tasting/tour
